JESUS CHRIST:

“Contention weakens our collective witness to the world of Jesus Christ and the redemption that comes through His ‘merits, … mercy, and grace.’ The Savior said: ‘A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another. … By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.’” (John 13:34, 35)

“Wherefore, how great the importance to make these things known unto the inhabitants of the earth, that they may know that there is no flesh that can dwell in the presence of God, ​​​save​ it be through the merits, and mercy, and grace of the Holy Messiah, who ​​​layeth​ down his life according to the flesh, and taketh it again by the power of the Spirit, that he may bring to pass the ​​​resurrection​ of the dead, being the first that should rise.”

MY THOUGHTS:

This was a good one!! I studied this talk several times the past few months and learned so much about how to make Christ and my discipleship above everything else—this is the most important thing I can include in all my relationships. This is a choice I make each and every day—to seek unity with everyone around me. I loved that I was able to reflect on my spiritual heart health and be reminded that all weakness can be treated.
