Only Begotten of the Father: Keeping Christ in Christmas Day #4

Mini-devotional using a Name of Jesus Christ.

KEEPING CHRIST IN CHRISTMAS DEVOTIONALS

“Only Begotten of the Father” is a beautiful name of Jesus Christ to study today by yourself, with your family, or a group of friends.

Russell M. Nelson, Dallin H. Oaks, and Henry B. Eyring, the First Presidency of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints shared a beautify Christmas message on November 25, 2022. They wrote, “This Christmas season, we invite you to find quiet moments to reflect on our Savior’s birth, life, and atoning sacrifice. Come unto Him. Learn of Him. Look to Him for lasting peace and divine rest.” (The First Presidency’s 2022 Christmas Message, November 25, 2022).

For the first 25 days of December, I will share a small and simple way to remember Jesus Christ and keep Christ in Christmas. Each mini-devotional can be shared as a family or used for your personal gospel study.

One way to focus on Jesus Christ during Christmas is to learn about His many names. In the Gospels, in the New Testament,  we are taught over 25 names of Jesus Christ before He began His official mortal ministry. May you find joy this season as you find ways to keep Christ in Christmas and build a stronger relationship with Him.
